The project is expected to create around 2,000 jobs and will be developed in three phases. The first phase is targeted to begin commercial production in May 2028. The state investment board has recommended allotting 290 acres for the facility. Beyond the big investment figure, the project could open doors for local workers and businesses. The next milestone is turning the proposal into a working factory.
