Sankranti box office race: four big films lock release dates

Four big-budget Telugu films have now confirmed their release dates for the Sankranti weekend, setting up one of the most crowded festive box-office races in years.

Distributors say screens will be divided carefully, with some films getting more shows in overseas markets.

Trade analysts expect strong advance bookings once the trailers are released next month.
