Panels

Designed, wired and tested at our fully equipped manufacturing unit in Nallapadu, Guntur. As a preferred electrical switchboard manufacturer in Andhra Pradesh, we build panels that meet both electrical standards and project deadlines — at competitive prices, without sacrificing quality for cost.

Power Control Center (PCC)

Controls the power supply to various units and equipment as per their load requirements, so that they work in harmony.

Motor Control Center (MCC)

Used with motors and submersible pumps to give reliable protection from overloads and short circuits. High on performance, low on maintenance and able to withstand extreme temperatures.

Distribution Panel

Receives the incoming supply and safely divides it into subsidiary circuits, with MCB/MCCB protection on every outgoing feeder — for residential, commercial and industrial loads.

APFC Panel

Used in commercial buildings and industries where load and voltage fluctuate. Fixed loads can be corrected with capacitors, but varying loads need capacitors switched in and out automatically — exactly what an APFC panel does, protecting equipment and improving power factor.

Feeder Pillar Panel

Terminates and distributes control circuits, bringing all cut-outs together in one enclosure. Used in almost all industries, townships and housing societies.

Control Panel

Designed to control the speed of electric motors and feed pumps in drilling, pumping and other large machine applications — in tube mills, paper mills, extruder plants, rolling mills, cable industries and CTL lines, as well as hospitals, business houses and public places.

LT Kiosks

Rugged LT distribution boards that receive power from a generator or transformer and distribute it to equipment and sub-boards. Built for indoor and outdoor use to withstand different climatic conditions, with low losses that make them cost effective.

Drive Panels

VFD and soft-starter panels that match the variable-speed requirements of process units. Each panel is rigorously tested across its speed parameters before dispatch.

Metering Panels

HT/LT metering panels housing CT/PT units and energy meters for accurate billing and monitoring, built to DISCOM specifications for approval and sealing.

Bus Ducts

A metal enclosure that supports and contains copper or aluminium bus bars, supplied in standard lengths. The cross-section of the bus bar sets the maximum current it can safely carry, and branch circuits can be added or removed without de-energising the whole duct.

Auto Mains Failure Panel (AMF)

Connected to the generator set and the main switchboard. When mains supply fails, the AMF panel signals the DG set to start and transfers the load automatically through the changeover contactor — and switches back when mains is restored.

V-Cross Arms

Galvanised V-type cross arms for 11kV and 33kV overhead lines, made to DISCOM drawings to hold insulators at the correct phase spacing.

AB Switches

Air-break switches for isolating and sectionalising overhead lines, allowing manual switching between sources or feeders for safe and flexible operation.

Insulators

Glass, porcelain and polymer insulators that support and separate conductors, keeping current where it is intended and minimising electrical hazards on lines and substations.

Substation Structure Material

Hot-dip galvanised lattice and beam structures, gantries and equipment mounting supports for 33/11kV and 11kV/433V substations.

Towers

Transmission towers that carry high-voltage conductors over long distances, connecting generation, substations and end users. Quality materials are critical to safe, reliable transmission.

Cable Trays

Perforated and ladder-type GI cable trays with bends, tees and supports for neat, safe cable routing in plants, substations and buildings.

Street Light Poles

GI octagonal and tubular street light poles with single and double arm brackets, plus high-mast poles for roads, highways, layouts and campuses.

LED Lights

Energy-efficient, long-life LED fittings for street, highway, flood and campus lighting — the same or better brightness than conventional lamps at a fraction of the energy, with lighting levels planned for visibility and low glare.

Cables

LV, MV and HV power cables for residential, commercial and industrial applications, with laying, jointing, termination and high-pot testing of XLPE cables.
