These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", "you") and Faqihi Enterprises LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Trade Licence No. DED-1980-001124), with its principal place of business at Deira, Dubai, UAE ("Company", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using our website at faqihienterprises.com, creating an account, browsing products, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of our website and services and refrain from placing any orders.
To use our Website and place orders, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under UAE law
- Provide accurate, complete, and current registration and billing information
- Use the Website for lawful commercial or personal purposes only
- Not be subject to any UAE or international trade sanctions or export restrictions
Corporate customers must ensure that the individual placing an order on behalf of a company has the authority to bind that company to these Terms. Faqihi Enterprises LLC reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
Certain features of our Website require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration
- Keep your account credentials — username and password — strictly confidential
- Notify us immediately at support@faqihienterprises.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account credentials
- Not share, transfer, or sell access to your account to any third party
- Update your account information promptly if it changes
Faqihi Enterprises LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, are inactive for more than 24 months, or are used for fraudulent or harmful purposes, without prior notice and without liability.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing displayed on our Website are accurate and up to date. However, we reserve the following rights:
- Product availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or substitute equivalent models without notice.
- Description accuracy: Product descriptions and specifications are provided in good faith. Minor variations in colour, packaging, or accessory inclusions may occur due to manufacturer updates. Specifications marked with (*) are nominal values.
- Pricing: All prices are displayed in AED and are inclusive of 5% UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation.
- Pricing errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system fault, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at that erroneous price and notify affected customers with a full refund.
- Currency: International customers: prices shown are in AED. Currency conversion rates are indicative only. Final charges are applied by your bank or payment provider.
- Promotional prices: Sale prices and promotional discounts are time-limited and may be withdrawn at any time. Coupon codes are single-use unless otherwise stated and cannot be combined.
Order placement: An order is placed when you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your offer to purchase and forms a binding contract.
Order cancellation by us: We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or failure to verify payment. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

All payment data is processed through PCI-DSS certified payment gateways. We do not store card details on our servers. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are the authorised cardholder or account holder.

Delivery address: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Faqihi Enterprises LLC will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.
Risk and title: Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Title to products passes to you upon receipt of full payment.
Force majeure: We shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, civil unrest, strikes, pandemic restrictions, customs delays, or courier disruptions.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, our returns policy is as follows:
- 14-day return window: Items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Defective products: If a product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund within 7 business days.
- Refund timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add a further 3–5 days.
- Return shipping: For returns due to change of mind, the customer bears return shipping costs. For defective or incorrect items, Faqihi Enterprises LLC covers return shipping.
Non-returnable items include:
- Products that have been used, installed, assembled, or show signs of wear
- Items with broken seals, missing accessories, or altered serial numbers
- Custom-ordered, special-order, or made-to-specification products
- Consumable items (blades, drill bits, abrasive discs) once opened
- Products purchased under final sale or clearance promotions (marked as non-returnable)
- Hazardous materials or products requiring special disposal
All products sold by Faqihi Enterprises LLC are genuine, brand-new goods directly imported from authorised manufacturers or their UAE-licensed distributors. As a direct importer, we facilitate manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf.
Warranty exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorised modification, use outside rated specifications, normal wear and tear, or use of non-genuine accessories. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
These additional terms apply to customers holding an approved Faqihi Enterprises LLC Trade Account. Trade Accounts are available to registered UAE businesses with a valid trade licence.
- Application: Trade Account applications are subject to approval at our discretion. We may request a trade licence copy, VAT registration certificate, and bank reference.
- Credit terms: Approved Trade Account holders may be granted NET 30 or NET 60 day payment terms based on creditworthiness assessment. Credit limits are set at our sole discretion and may be adjusted at any time.
- Late payment: Overdue invoices accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% per annum) from the due date until full settlement. We reserve the right to suspend credit facilities for overdue accounts.
- Minimum order: Bulk pricing and trade discounts apply to orders meeting the minimum order value as specified in your Trade Account agreement.
- Purchase orders: Written purchase orders must quote the agreed product code, unit price, and delivery address. Verbal orders are not binding unless confirmed in writing by both parties.
- Project pricing: Special project pricing agreed in writing is valid for the duration specified. We are not bound by verbal or implied price commitments.
- Account termination: Either party may terminate a Trade Account with 30 days written notice. Outstanding invoices remain due and payable upon termination.
All content on the Website — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, photographs, images, videos, logos, trademarks, user interface design, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of Faqihi Enterprises LLC or its licensors, and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website solely for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or transmit any Website content without prior written consent
- Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works, or reverse-engineer any part of the Website
- Use our brand name, logo, or trademarks in any marketing or promotional material without permission
- Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract product data or pricing from the Website
- Frame or mirror any part of the Website on another website without our express written consent
Third-party brand names and trademarks referenced on our Website (e.g., Bosch, Makita, Ingersoll Rand) remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on our Website does not imply endorsement or affiliation beyond our authorised distributor/reseller relationship.
You agree not to use the Website or our services for any of the following purposes:
- Any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any UAE federal or emirate-level regulations
- Fraudulent activities, including submitting false orders, chargebacks, or identity fraud
- Transmitting malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or compromise the Website
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any account, server, or system associated with our Website
- Impersonating any person, company, or entity, including Faqihi Enterprises LLC staff
- Harvesting or collecting user data, email addresses, or other information from the Website
- Placing speculative, false, or fraudulent orders, or orders in excess of reasonable commercial quantities
- Using automated bots, crawlers, or scripts to access or interact with the Website without permission
- Purchasing products for the purpose of resale in violation of any manufacturer's authorised dealer policy
- Engaging in money laundering or any activity in violation of UAE Anti-Money Laundering Law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Faqihi Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our Website or products, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings
- Loss of data or corruption of data
- Business interruption or downtime
- Damage to equipment or property caused by improper use of products
- Personal injury resulting from misuse of products contrary to manufacturer instructions
- Indirect losses arising from third-party acts or omissions
Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Faqihi Enterprises LLC, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
- Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Website
- Your use of products in a manner contrary to manufacturer instructions or applicable safety regulations
- Any fraudulent, negligent, or wilful misconduct on your part
This indemnification obligation shall survive termination of your account or these Terms.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Amicable resolution: In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation within 30 days of written notice of the dispute.
Mediation: If direct negotiation fails, either party may refer the dispute to mediation under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) before resorting to litigation.
Jurisdiction: If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Both parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Consumer complaints: UAE consumers may also submit complaints to the Ministry of Economy Consumer Protection Department or the Dubai Economy & Tourism (DET) consumer protection portal.
Faqihi Enterprises LLC reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our operations, legal requirements, or commercial practices. When material changes are made, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- Display a notice on our Website homepage for at least 30 days following the change
- Send an email notification to registered account holders summarising the key changes
- For changes materially affecting your rights, seek fresh consent where legally required
Your continued use of our Website or services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using our services and may request account deletion.
