We take desi rice grown by organic farming, cook it, and collect the water drained after cooking. In Telugu homes this is called ganji (బియ్యపు గంజినీళ్లు).
This water is naturally rich in minerals, nutrients, antioxidants, proteins and amino acids. All of these are good for healthy hair.
