Understanding the need for training in the areas of guarding and facilities management services, MAVENN has set up multiple training centres for training in-house staff as wellasclients'staffinallaspectsrelatedtosecurity.
MAVENN has put in place great infrastructure and best trainers and mobilizers for imparting training at our training centres. We undertake recruiting youth from various states, train them in various skills, and make them employable. The aim of this academy is to make the trinees more. professional by inculcating the right skills and help in executing their jobs better in the security and facilities managementindustries. Skill Development

MAVENN has aligned itself in line with the Government of India's vision of skill development among the youth of the country. To this extent, we have embarked on a mission to train youth invariousskillssoasto makethem employable. Skilled people have better chances of getting employed. With this intention, we work towards contributing in our own way towards eliminating unemployment and alleviatingpoverty in the country. Wearearegisteredpartner undertheSkillIndiaMissionand approved agency under National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme. We work in collaboration with central and state governments and NGOs towards skills up gradation in Security, Housekeeping and Hospitality segments. Our vision is 'to become the leading Skills Development Company in Facility Management & Security Services (FMSS) in the country. We have therefore benchmarked a modest target to train 15,000 youth by the year 2026. By ensuring 100% placement in the FMSS industry we would not only be generating 'additional revenue' to the country asawhole,butalso'aid'towards nationbuilding.

Training Course:

A well-planned security training course is designed for a period of 30 days as per the guidelines of PSARA Act. It is an intensive training programme that offers 20 days of classroom and physical training and 10 days of on-job training. It covers various security related topics, while the secret sauce of the course being the soft skills training. Soft skills like customer handling, etiquette, good manners, etc. go a long way in maintaining healthy relationships and retaining customers.

In addition to this training course, MAVENN alsoactively takes up designing customized training programs based on specific requests from clients on chargeable basis.
