Three-stage ESS profile
Each stage runs in order. The second vibration run confirms the part survived thermal cycling.
Pre random vibration
20 to 2000 Hz profile, 5 minutes on each of the X, Y and Z axes.
Thermal cycling
One hour at −40 °C and one hour at +71 °C, ramping at 10 °C/min or faster, for 10 cycles.
Post random vibration
The vibration profile is repeated to confirm the part survived cycling.
