Role Overview

Seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to oversee warehouse inventory flows, coordinate shipping vendors, and ensure optimal stock storage conditions across our product lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate stock receipt, storage and dispatch across all three EJAZON product lines.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and reconcile stock reports regularly.
  • Liaise with transport vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Support quality checks on incoming machinery and chemical stock.
  • Ensure safety compliance and smooth daily operations inside the warehouse facility.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse management or supply chain coordination.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and basic MS Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage physical dispatch workflows.
